Award-winning Strategic Workforce Planning (inclusive of Workforce Planning) and People Analytics specialist Martin Oest has more than twenty years 360˚ experience. Working with organisations from 250 employees to over 100,000 people and workforce budgets up to £7 billion. His approach is helping companies, in practice, to achieve their SWP ambitions.

Awards

Martin won the individual achievement award at the People Analytics Awards in 2016 and was a finalist in the Workforce Analytics Excellence Awards in the same year. A well known figure in the Strategic Workforce Planning industry he is often asked to speak at events, moderate or be a facilitator. He co-authored the 1997 book “Perceptions of Competence Development” whilst “The Power of People” (Pearson FT Press, May 2017) showcases his successful engagement with The Metropolitan Police in London.
